Parkers Car Hire came to us in 2021, recommended by another client, to host and look after their website. The relationship has grown well beyond that since: their domains, email and Microsoft 365, a complete redesign of a dated and limited site, and the ongoing SEO and content growing their reach across Sussex.

The relationship
One client, then most of their online world
Parkers came to us in 2021, recommended by another client, and it started with hosting and looking after their website. Before long they asked us to take on their digital assets too: their domains, their email, and their Microsoft 365 setup.
It is the kind of relationship we like best. The better we got to know the business, the more we could see where the website was holding it back.
The redesign
A site that wasn't telling the full story
The old site was dated and limited, and for all Parkers' history it wasn't telling the story: a local firm serving Sussex since 1949, with the largest hire fleet in the area, none of it front and centre. There were few clear prompts to get in touch, and booking asked customers to enter their requirements twice, once on the site and again on the third-party platform behind it.
So we redesigned it completely, putting the reasons to choose Parkers and the calls to action where they belong. Their booking platform offers no direct integrations, so we built around it: a bespoke booking form on Parkers' own site that takes the customer's details once, passes them through, and starts the booking off on the other side. One clean journey instead of two.
