Insight:

Following the acquisition of the business and rebrand from RB Health & Safety to Mast Safety Limited, the team recognised an ideal opportunity to reassess their digital presence and ensure the website truly reflected their evolved services, structure, and growth ambitions.

Having been involved in the rebrand, we worked closely with the Mast Safety team to review the existing website against the current business model. While an online booking system was already in place, stakeholder discussions quickly highlighted inefficiencies behind the scenes — particularly around the creation, management, and consistency of training course listings.

We designed and implemented a new, streamlined course management approach that significantly reduced repetitive admin tasks. This allowed new course dates to be added quickly, presented in a clear and consistent format, and scaled easily as the training programme expanded — improving both internal workflows and the customer booking experience.

Alongside this, we conducted a full audit of the site’s information architecture. As services and course offerings had grown organically over time, the structure was no longer intuitive for users or search engines. We delivered a complete content and page restructure, introducing clear parent–child relationships, logical service groupings, and assistive breadcrumb navigation to improve usability, crawlability, and search visibility.

Content analysis also revealed opportunities to strengthen Mast Safety’s authority across key health and safety topics. Existing pages were refined for clarity and intent, while new supporting content was created to better answer user questions, align with search demand, and reinforce trust with prospective clients.

Following the launch of the new website, Nialto Services was retained to provide ongoing support and search optimisation. This includes continuous SEO strategy, content development, technical improvements, and performance monitoring — ensuring the site continues to evolve alongside the business and deliver long-term organic growth.
