Polestar Pictures had been preparing for a major film festival in Austin, Texas USA, but time was running out to get a fully responsive website online. They knew roughly what they needed, but were looking for developers that fully understood their requirements and the urgency.
When they approached us about their project, it definitely sounded like something we wanted to be involved in. With only a few weeks to a fast approaching 'due date', we needed to burn the midnight oil on many occasions to ensure everything was just right for them.
As the website represents the evolution of a Movie, from its inspiration, through the real lives of the characters involved and finally to the actual release, it was important to make everything fast and easy to use. They'll be posting regular updates about their progress and we'll be following with great intrigue. You can also follow their progress on twitter @Frontier_Movie

What this client has to say
Alan and the team delivered beyond expectations and sorted out all the annoying scenarios with logins and hosting sites - way and beyond what’s asked of them. I asked Alan to come in and take charge of building my web site – within a month – in the run up to the launch of my first movie. So there’s a lot hanging on this for me and a lot of things that have to come together very quickly even though the graphics had been designed previously. There are a number of pages and the site had to be mobile & tablet responsive, with links to Facebook and Twitter. On top of that I needed to be able to blog on it, add to all that the web site has to operate in two languages English and Brazilian. (more…)
